As soon as it reopened the Memorial Student Center became the campus gathering place once again. The student center's new features include:
- State-of-the-Art Meeting Rooms
- 16,000 square foot Bethancourt Family Ballroom
- New Lounges, Dining and Retail Spaces
- 3 Visual Arts Galleries: the Stark Galleries, the Forsyth Galleries, and the Reynolds Student Art Gallery
- Redesigned Hall of Honor
- 12th Man Hall
- Exterior Reminiscent of the Original MSC
- Inviting New Entrances named after Texas A&M's Core Values: Loyalty, Integrity, Honor, Leadership, Respect
- Interior Decor Promoting Texas A&M’s History.
